• Size: 24 inch X 24 inch  
• Cover: Diamond-pattern tread plate reinforced for 300 psf (1464 kg/m2) live load. Peel off the protective covering.  
• Frame: 1/4 inch Aluminum Channel Frame for the 6-inch slab thickness. A bituminous coating on the exterior of the frame  
• Hinges: Heavy forged brass hinges with 3/8 inch (9 mm) type 316 stainless steel hinge pins  
• Finish: Aluminum will be mill finish with a bituminous coating applied to the exterior of the frame  

• Door: 1/4 inch aluminum 6061-T6 with a diamond pattern plate. It withstands a live load of 300 pounds per square foot.  
• A stainless steel torsion bar mechanism, acting through cams, provides ease of operation through the entire arc of the opening. For safety, it serves as a check-in retarding the downward motion of the door.  
• A heavy steel automatic hold open arm includes a red vinyl grip for handy release. The arm is zinc-plated and chromate sealed.
