Fire-rated: This fire-rated access panel has a fire rating of 2 hours on wall and ceiling installations. Temperature rises to a maximum of 250ºF/139ºC in 30 minutes, 450ºF/250ºC in 60 minutes.”

Lock: Automatic closer for self-latching lock mechanism, interior latch release 1/4” flush allen key.

Options: Latch/lock options: knurled knob, 1 1/8” mortise prep or prep with lock, central 2-point latch operator. No optional colors.
