What's great about the FB-5060?

Durability is assured with this access door since its doors are made of steel with 16 gauge, reinforced edges, and a door panel recessed 1/2" and lined with self-furring lath. In addition, this access door has a continuously exposed piano hinge for a swift open and close mechanism.

Best of all, the FB-5060 TD has a fire-rating of UL — 1-1/2 hour "B" label and ULC — 2 hours "B" label. You can order customized sizes with a maximum length of 36 x 48 inches. 

Furthermore, this access door comes with a universal self-latching bolt, operated by a flush key. When master keying is required, manufacturers can prepare the doors for rim or mortise cylinder locks. And finally, it is finished with a 5 stage iron phosphate preparation with a prime coat of White alkyd baked-on enamel.
