The material used in the making of the 24" x 24" ED-2002 is 18-gauge steel. The door comes flushed to the frame with reinforced edges. The frame mount is a 1" wide outside flange with 1 7/16" deep and knock-over tabs for sizes 6x6, 8x8, 10x10, and 12x12. 

It has a concealed hinge pin with a standard stainless steel slotted screwdriver cam latch. Its finish is a preparation of 5-stage iron phosphate with a prime coating of white alkyd baking enamel.
