The 42" x 42" FLDD is ideal for areas that tend to collect and have moisture. The FLDD comes with a drainable floor door that ensures all the moisture drains from the door opening with its integral gutter. It provides security and assurance for floor doors in specific areas.

• Latch: 304 Stainless steel slam latch with a flush key operator on the exterior and handle opener on the inside.

Removable stainless 18-8 threaded plug and 5/16" steel square key included.

• Hinge: 304 Stainless steel

• Spring: 304 Stainless steel gas assist opener

• Hold Open Arm: Stainless steel automatically locks the door open
