22" x 36" Fire Rated Insulated Upward Opening Ceiling Door - Cendrex

This access door is designed to be installed on fire rated ceilings only. The PFU access door can easily replace spring-loaded models like the PFI. When you purchase this product, a hex head slam latch and ring-key operated slam latch are included. It features a piano hinge and a door not exceeding 89 degrees of upward opening that falls back into its locked position, as required by fire certification standards. Holding the door open while climbing through it becomes easier when you don’t have to deal with springs. Largest available size is (24” x 36” or 864 sq. inches).
