30" x 54" NB-50 Ship Stair Aluminum Access Roof Hatch – Bilco
Getting to the roof safely and easily can be challenging, especially when carrying tools or equipment. Climbing a ladder to access a standard roof hatch isn’t always the safest or most convenient option. Plus, harsh weather can wear down access points, leading to leaks and security concerns.
The NB-50 30" x 54" Ship Stair Aluminum Access Roof Hatch offers a safer, more convenient solution. Its ship stair design provides a more natural and stable way to climb, while the smooth, one-hand operation ensures effortless use.
Built from durable, weather-resistant aluminum with a secure latch, it protects buildings while making rooftop work more convenient.
Why Should You Use the 30" x 54" NB-50?
- Safe & Easy Access: The ship stair design allows for a more stable climb, making it safer and more convenient than vertical ladders.
- Durable & Weather-Resistant: Its heavy-gauge aluminum construction with a fully insulated cover and curb ensures long-lasting performance in any climate.
- Smooth, One-Hand Operation: The NB-50’s compression spring operators make opening and closing effortless, even with frequent use.
- Secure & Energy-Efficient: A positive latching mechanism keeps the building secure, while the insulated design helps maintain energy efficiency.
- Hurricane-Ready: Approved for high-velocity hurricane zones, making it a reliable choice for settings prone to extreme weather.
