• Fire-Rating of FD3C: This wall and ceiling fire-rated panel model is manufactured under the factory inspection service of Intertek Wamock Hersey and has a label reading: “Listed access frame and insulated fire door assembly (2 or 3) hour fire rating. Vertical and Horizontal Installation. Temperature rise maximum 250ºF/139ºC at 30 minutes, 450ºF/250ºC at 60 minutes.” 
• Non-Combustibility Classification: CAN/ULC S114, ASTM E136 CAN/ULC S102, ASTM E84, UL723

Durable: Despite its large size, it is one of the most durable types of access doors because of its fire-rated feature and galvanized steel make. You can also choose the stainless steel option for a more modern and sleek look. 

Specifications

Frame: 16 or 14-gauge frame and door panel (depending on size). 7/8” or 1 1/4” trim

(>36” x 36”).

Door: 18 gauge face with a 22 gauge liner, 2 1/2” high-temperature insulation.

Finish: White prime-coated galvanized or 304 stainless steel with #4 finish.

Lock: Automatic closer for the self-latching lock mechanism. 1/4” flush allen key.

Sizes: Wall - Minimum 12” x 12”, maximum 48” W or 48” H. Ceiling - Maximum 36” x 36”

or 30” x 48”. 

Options: Mortise prep, mortise cylinder, central 2-point latch operator, knurled knob, listed

smoke gasket with a piano hinge. No optional colors.
